I'm an AI engineer and the founder of OmniHand AI. I design and build AI systems, including LLM applications, RAG pipelines, agents and machine learning models, and then take them the rest of the way: wrapping them in APIs, deploying them, and running the data backend underneath. One person, idea to production. Below is roughly what I've been up to.
AI Engineer at Xeven Solutions. I build AI features for client products end to end: from model and prompt design, retrieval and evaluation, to the APIs that serve them, the deployments they run on, and the databases and pipelines that feed them.

AI Customer Support Chatbot, Taqwi. Support staff were answering the same "how do I use the platform" questions over and over. I built an AI assistant that answers these instantly, around the clock, from the platform's help guides. It gives each type of user answers that fit them, 3x faster than before, and it cut the support team's workload.
NLP Practitioner LMS (Serbia) is an AI-driven educational platform featuring personalized learning paths and automated assessments, supporting 200+ students across accredited programs.
Covis AI (HRMS). Covis AI is a project management tool, and HRMS is one of its modules. Traditional check-in systems are just a button, so employees could mark attendance from home, and the attendance data couldn't be trusted. I built the HRMS module full-stack and solved this. An employee can only check in from the office. Their live location is checked first, and if GPS isn't available, the system checks for a connection to the office Wi-Fi instead. There's no biometric hardware and no extra steps, so attendance is actually verified instead of taken on trust.
Arabic NLP Project is a robust Arabic NLP system processing 1M+ documents with 92% accuracy in question-answering, summarization, and translation tasks.
Legal Translation Order Collection Agent is an intelligent automation system that streamlines legal translation workflows, reducing manual processing by 70% while handling 500+ daily interactions.
